• Late check out will be charge RM20 per hour. Subject to availability.

• RM100 will be collected upon check in as safety/ refundable deposit
• We provide full refund for any booking cancelled 7 days BEFORE the check-in date. For any cancellation made within 6 days BEFORE the check-in date, the First night penalty/charges will be applied. All cancellation & refund is subject to a processing fee of + Bank or Payment Gateway Charges.
